Canceling Orders:
6TH GEAR RACING APPAREL reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.We are not able to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts

Due to growing credit card fraud, 6th Gear Racing Apparel. Inc, will ask you to provide the customer service phone number and 3-digit CVC code found on the back of your credit card incase of Telphone orders. This is strictly for verification only. All such information is kept confidential.

Check-by-Phone:
Check-By-Phone speeds your Electronic Funds Transfer. Beside your account and bank routing numbers (from the bottom of your check), we will need the next check number, street address, telephone number, driver’s license number, birthdate and issuing state. These orders can often ship the same day. $400.00 maxiumum order.

Your FedEx Or UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account link on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

30 Day Returns:
Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back, and we will exchange the same item with the the different size or with some one else. (see your packing slip for final return date). We do not have any refund policy.

As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.

Return your unwanted item with given CODE by calling customer service number: 1888-684-4327. Then place an order for the item you would like.

Got a wrong size.
Not a problem. We will fix it. Send an item back to us with your size you want, and we will ship new item according to your instructions.
