Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We use UPS or Fedex Ground for given orders.

Most orders shipped FREE UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Orders under 5 lbs. and less than $50.00 in value may be shipped (U.S. Postal Service). We must have a street address or "911" rural route address. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes. NO FREE SHIPPING ON AIR ORDERS.

UPS Next Day Delivery; We must receive your order by 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Next Day is offered only in the continental U.S. and is not available for C.O.D. shipment.

UPS 2nd Day Air; gets your order to you within two days (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Next Day/2nd Day delivery does not include weekends, except for special higher-cost Saturday delivery.

UPS 3-Day Select Delivery; gets your order to you within 3 business days. We must receive your order by 2:00 p.m. Central Time. This service is only offered in the continental U.S.

No minimum order is required. shipping is free for all orders by UPS GROUND OR USPS. except Alaska,Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Damaged Shipments
If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Contact 6th Gear Racing Apparel. Inc, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery Process
Delivery is based on availability. Please allow 2 to 3 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.

Tracking Numbers:
Your FedEx Or UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account link on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

30 Day Return:
Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back, and we will exchange the same item with the the different size or with some thing else. (see your packing slip for final return date).

As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.  Any sort of returns and refund is not valid for Wholesale business Larg orders. 

After 30 Days Return:

Item received after 30 day return period cannot be accepted and will not be Exchange or Returned . If you send item within 30 Days without solid reason and want refund "Not a problem" we will  refund minus  2.99% of the total  amount will be deducted along with $7.5 shipping charge.

When will My Credit Crad be credited:

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement. We will email you with a credit confirmation as soon as the return is processed.

How Do I Make an Exchange?

Return your  item with given RA CODE by calling customer service number: 1888-684-4327. Then place an order for the item you would like. Do not return item"WITHOUT" RA CODE or a reference#.  If you send  without RA CODE  it will be refused.
