We use UPS/USPS/Fedex Ground for all given orders. We ship ALL orders by the most responsible means according to the size and weight of your order unless given special instructions.

How and when my order will be shipped:
6th Gear Racing Apparel, Inc. will ship your order within 48 hours by UPS/USPS/FEDEX providing all ordered merchandise is in stock at the time of the order. 6th Gear will attempt to notify you by email or by phone concerning backorder or any delays that we are aware of.
Payment Information:
We accept all major Credit Cards. CC Orders shipped immediately if all items are in stock. 6th Gear will notify you if otherwise.
Show/Event Purchases:
All sales are final. Absolutely “No” return will be accepted. Purchase made Face to Face and ordered or picked up at the time of your presence. In very few cases we accept returns but 25% re-stock fee will be charged as well as shipping and convenient fee add up. Without exception.
Once we receive item back in same condition when shipped. Please allow 15-20 business days to credit on your same credit card which was used at the time of purchase. Refund will not be for full amount. Shipping charges and convenient fee may add.
Defective/Damages (Mail or online orders ONLY)
Defects in manufacturing. Once you receive your order and you find defective. please notify within 7 days of receipt. If you unable to notify on mentioned time frame then 6th Gear will not be responsible for any defect. DO NOT RETURN merchandise without prior approval. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization or merchandise will be refused and returned to customer. Return must be sent “prepaid” by the least expensive way.
How do I return/Exchange my Item (Mail or online orders ONLY)?
Very simple. Call our Customer service at (770) 745-7565 and get return authorization number. once you get RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER send the item to the following address with clear note inside the box with the item. Exchanges do not require any “re-stocking” and can be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. shipping fee may apply.
